Today we'll be taking a look at the Feedback Sports Omnium Portable Trainer. It's available with minimal resistance, as part number 301-17250, and with progressive resistance, as part number 301-17084. The Feedback Sports Omnium Portable Trainer is perfect for warming up on race day, working on cadence drills, and training indoors. The drums provide either minimal or progressive resistance, depending on your model, delivering a real road feel with minimal noise. The bearings are greased and sealed, so there's no maintenance required. It's going to work with your standard nine millimeter quick release skewer, but it's also going to work with your 12, 15 and 15 by 110 millimeter through axles. It's compatible with Zwift, the Sufferfest, and TrainerRoad online training programs.

It has a rider weight capacity of 225 pounds. To install your bike, you'll of course want to remove the front tire. Then we can set it within the skewer. We'll want to tighten it up and then close it, and then we can adjust our wheel base until our rear tire makes contact on both drums. Then we can tighten up our wingnut and we're all set to begin training.

I've gone ahead and removed the bike so we can go over some additional features. The wheel base is adjustable from 840 millimeters to 1200 millimeters. Simply loosen up the wingnut here and adjust it out to where you need it and then tighten it back up. The whole thing is made out of an aluminum construction and it simply folds up when not in use. We'll bring in the drums first. Then we'll fold in our legs.

Now we can raise it back up, bringing the drums this way, and the rubber keepers keep it in place. It comes with a bag so you can conveniently store it or take it with you. We'll take off our skewer first. We'll open up our bag and put it in the skewer compartment, and then we'll take the whole thing and set it in. The padded bag features two zippers so we can easily access it.
